I'm sorry you're having trouble. To get a better idea of what is happening I'll need a little additional information.

What version of SecureCRT are you running (Help > About SecureCRT).

Are you using the built in Export/Import feature (Tools > Export/Import Settings) or are you manually moving the files found inside your configuration folder?

Does one or both of your SecureCRT installs utilize a Configuration Passphrase? Are you prompted to enter a passphrase when you first launch SecureCRT?
