What might be causing this?

If you check your Default session's (Options > Edit Default Session...) Connection > SSH2 category; go to the Authentication group and select the PublicKey method and then press the Properties button there.

Does your "Use identity or certificate file" path have a trailing ::rawkey directive?

If you remove that ::rawkey portion, and save your Default session (Only apply changes to the Default session, *not* to all of your sessions),
are you now able to export successfully?
