There aren't any Debian versions on which SecureCRT is supported, because Debian isn't a targeted platform for SecureCRT development. See System Requirements (supported OSes) for clients on our website here.

If you would like support for Debian (or any other currently unsupported OS), let us know using this form from the support page of our website and if it becomes available, we will post here.

In the meantime, if you're adventurous enough and you don't have any problems running unsupported software on your system and living with any subsequent problems that you might encounter, you might be able to get your SecureCRT working with these steps.

1. Download the libssl1.0.0 package from the "jessie" distro.

   e.g.:

   32-bit: http://security.debian.org/debian-se...eb8u7_i386.deb

   
   
2. Install the libssl1.0.0 package.
   
   

   dpkg -i libssl1.0.0_1.0.1t-1+deb8u7_amd64.deb (for 64-bit versions)
   dpkg -i libssl1.0.0_1.0.1t-1+deb8u7_i386.deb (for 32-bit versions)

3. Now install SecureCRT. If you're installing SecureCRT 8.5.x, it may also need to install libpng12.0. As with the libssl1.0.0 library, you should be able to download libpng12.0 from the "jessie" distro:
