VCP missing in 5.5.2?

Hi,

I've upgraded from 5.0.5 to 5.5.2 and noticed the VCP.exe is missing? Is VCP no longer supported in 5.5?

Thumbs down secureCRT scripting

Well. I install the beta and tried running my scripts :eek: . Looks like something has changed for the worse. My scripts won't run properly. I fell back to Version 4.1.1 and everything works again....

"ZModem or XModem", I thought those protocals when't away with the modems.

So you don't have scp or sftp scripting.

secureCRT scripting file transfer

Hi,

Is there a way to secure copy (scp, sftp, or something else) with secureCRT using the scripting options? Or can any of your other products script secure file transfers.

Ah, but you can't open a new shell in net::ssh and run multiple commands.
Example: su - root

Thats why I'm using secureCRT to run multiple commands thru ssh.

Is there a way to send script debug/additional information to the log file.
ie:

Trapping crt.Session.Connect errors

Question.

I have a script that executes a command on multiple servers (sequentially).
If for some reason I cannot connect to a server my script stops and doesn't continue to the next server in...

Question,

On Solaris servers the center mouse button is configured to copy/paste the selection to the current prompt position (xterm). Is there an option in secureCRT to perform the same action?
