Command Window

1 Attachment(s)
Hi!
I have used SecureCRT on Windows previously and I switched to OS X recently and noticed that Command Window is a little different on these two platforms (on Window it is better):
  • You can't resize Command Window on OS X to minimal height (~several pixels) as you can on Windows << annoying, I like it very small, and in case I need it bigger, I resize.
  • Background color for Command Window is not taken from Color Scheme << looks bad and inconsistent, especially if you use dark theme
I have attached screenshot, where you can see minimal height and white background.
If there is specific configuration option for this, please point me in the right direction. If not, it would be great to have it changed in future releases.
Thanks!

Hi Phen,

I have created a feature request for both of your points. We will post to this forum thread if we add the ability to make the Command window smaller or if we add the ability to view the color scheme in the Command window.

If you would like to be notified directly, please complete and submit the form at the following location:

Hi Phen,

The (resize) Command Window feature request is implemented in a pre-release build of SecureCRT.

I sent you an email with the details to the email address you provided.

The ability to set the colors for the Command window has been added to SecureCRT 9.1, which is is beta release and can be downloaded here:
