I just wanted to drop a note saying "thanks" to the Vandyke support team that monitors these forums. While I am working on fine tuning and creating new scripts, they have been extremely helpful in providing assistance along the way.

While some vendors only point to the manual for info, I believe the Vandyke Team understands that true customer service is to assist the customer as well and help them when necessary. Since scripting is "supported" by the product, they have taken the time to analyze the scripts written by people and provide suggestions and or workarounds.

How often do you see that?

Thanks for the kind words.

I would also like to point out that "ozy" was able to use examples and information in the VBScript manual to help in his Python scripting efforts.

Just so those who are working in Python are not too discouraged when they can only find the VBScript scripting manual on our website.

Also, the previous thread I had with ozymandius100 has been added to a feature request in our product enhancement database to make a Python scripting manual available.
