Auth SSL

Hello,

We have a vendor who is requesting data from us. They gave us their ftp address, along with the following information: Port: 21
Connection Type: Auth SSL and a ".asc" file that contains a their pgp key.

I am having a heck of a time connecting to their site to transfer the file. Any help as to what method and how I invoke the .asc file?

Thanks for the question. I am not sure how a PGP file would be involved in successfully establishing a connection using Explicit FTP over SSL.

Are you having trouble connecting to the remote machine or accessing data downloaded from the remote machine?

What version of SecureFX are you using?

What is the operating system you are using?
